Terms of Service

1. The service

AnterisLab provides a real-time policy enforcement layer for autonomous AI agents ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Your responsibilities

You own your agents, prompts, and the real-world consequences of approved actions.
You are responsible for writing, testing, and maintaining the policies you deploy.
You must not use the Service to build agents that violate the law, harm people, or bypass other safety systems.
You must keep your API keys secret and report any suspected compromise within 24 hours.

3. Our responsibilities

We enforce the policies you write with best-effort reliability.
We maintain 99.99% uptime on Scale and Enterprise plans, with service credits for any breach.
We never read or store the content of your agent's tool calls (see Privacy Policy).

4. Acceptable use

You may not use AnterisLab to:

Build agents that send spam, phishing, or malware.
Automate harassment, doxxing, or non-consensual surveillance.
Deploy autonomous weapons or systems that make lethal decisions.
Circumvent the kill switch or tamper with audit trails.

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Pricing and billing

Starter plan is free forever up to 10,000 decisions/month. Scale and Enterprise plans are billed monthly or annually. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice — your current cycle is always honored.

6. Service levels

P95 decision latency is under 120ms. Enterprise customers receive a contractual SLA with financial credits for any breach.

7. Data and ownership

You own all data you send through the Service. We process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Termination

You can cancel anytime from the dashboard — no questions asked. We may terminate accounts that violate Section 4. On termination, audit trails are exported to you and deleted from our systems within 30 days.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for actions your agents take that you approved through the policy engine.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
